We invite participants to submit their work for the conference under two main categories:
Oral Presentations
Participants wishing to present orally must submit a full paper or extended abstract for review. The work will be evaluated based on its quality, clarity and relevance.
- The conference permits a Your Paper Your Way submission policy. However, authors are strongly encouraged to format their manuscripts using the provided template prior to submission.

Poster Presentations
Participants wishing to present posters must submit an abstract of their work. The abstract will be evaluated based on its conciseness, clarity, and relevance.

Proceedings: Abstracts of both oral and poster presentations will be included in the conference proceedings and will be assigned an ISBN and DOI.
Book Chapter: Selected oral papers will be published as a chapter in a Springer Nature Book (Proposal under review).
Registration: Registration for the conference is mandatory for all participants.
Presentation: Accepted oral presenters must present their work at the conference, either in person or virtually. Poster presenters must attend in person.
Authors are required to create an account on the submission portal, and the guidelines for paper submission can be accessed from here. The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. The service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
