Accommodation
Registration fees does not include accommodation for all the participants. Invited/Plenary/ speakers will be provided accommodation in the IIT Guwahati Guest House. Other delegates will be accommodated in the student hostel within campus. However, participants may choose to stay in off campus guest house / hotels at their own cost. Particularly delegates with accompanying members have to choose off-campus accommodation. Details of off-campus accommodation are given below.

Boys' Hostel (For male delegates, Rs. 2000/-)
Girls' Hostel (for female delegates, Rs. 2000/-)
Note: Hostel rooms are of single occupancy. No accompanying person allowed.No Guest House accomodation is given for Oral and Poster participant.
