The hostel accommodation for confirmed registered participants will be available only during the conference [Maximum Duration: Check-in date: 28^th Nov, 2023 and Check-out date: 2^nd Dec, 2023]. Hostel accommodation beyond this duration will not be possible as the rooms are not available due to other Institute Events.

Students should bring their own Lock and Key for the room that will be allocated to them.

The participation certificate will be provided only on the last day of the conference (1^st Dec, 2023).

Food will be arranged for the confirmed registered Participants from the 28^th Nov, 2023 (Dinner) till 1^st Dec, 2023 (Dinner).

Poster Presentation Email intimation has been sent to authors whose abstracts are selected for Poster Presentation

Print out of the poster to be brought by them.

Participants coming by Train can avail the Institute Bus Service (Green Valley Travels Buses) that runs to and from City (Bus Stopage: Beside Guwahati Railway Station). The Uber/Ola service is also available from both the Railway Station and Airport to IIT Guwahati.
