Registration for INDIS 2026 – International Conference on Design and Innovation Studies will be available
soon. All participants, including authors of accepted papers and attendees without submissions, must
complete the online registration process.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register under the Author category for the paper to be
included in the conference programme and proceedings.

Author Registration Policy
At least one author must complete Registration for each accepted paper.
The registered author must present the paper during the conference.
Only registered and presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings and archival
publication.
Registration Process
Participants will be able to register by:
Filling the online registration form
Selecting the appropriate registration category
Completing payment of the registration fee
Receiving a confirmation email from the conference secretariat

Important Notes
Registration fees do not include accommodation or travel.
All participants must complete registration before attending the conference.
Accommodation
Accommodation is not included in the conference registration fee.
A limited number of rooms may be available at the IIT Guwahati Guest House. Participants interested in
staying on campus may request accommodation during registration.
Please note:
Guest house accommodation is subject to availability
Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
Payment for accommodation must be made directly by the participant
Participants who are unable to secure accommodation on campus are encouraged to arrange their own stay in
nearby hotels.
