Conference Registration

Registration for INDIS 2026 – International Conference on Design and Innovation Studies will be available soon. All participants, including authors of accepted papers and attendees without submissions, must complete the online registration process.

At least one author of each accepted paper must register under the Author category for the paper to be included in the conference programme and proceedings.

Registration Categories

Participants may register under one of the following categories:

Author and Presenter Registration

At least one author of each accepted paper must complete author registration for the paper to be included in and published in the conference proceedings.

Within each category, participants may register as:

The base registration fee includes up to 10 pages. Each additional page will be charged at ₹2,000 (USD 21) per page.

Attendee/Listener Registration

The Attendee and Listener category is intended for participants who wish to attend the conference without presenting a paper. It also applies to co-authors of accepted papers when the primary/registered author has already completed the required Author Registration. In such cases, the remaining co-authors may register under the Attendee and Listener category.

Author Registration Policy

At least one author must complete registration for each accepted paper.
The registered author must present the paper during the conference.
Only registered and presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings and archival publications.

Registration Process

Participants will be able to register by:

Filling the online registration form
Selecting the appropriate registration category
Completing payment of the registration fee
Receiving a confirmation email from the conference secretariat

Registration fees do not include accommodation, food, or travel expenses.
All participants must complete registration before attending the conference.
