On-Campus Accommodation for Student/Scholar Authors/Attendee/Listener

Limited accommodation is available in the IIT Guwahati hostels for student and scholar authors:

• 40 beds for male participants
• 40 beds for female participants
• Accommodation will be provided on a sharing basis.
• The accommodation charge is ₹350 per person per day, excluding food.
• Participants are required to pay the accommodation charges themselves at the time of check-in.
• Food charges will be applicable separately as per the prevailing rates of the respective hostel mess/canteen.
• The registration form will close once the available 40 places in each category are filled. Accommodation will be confirmed subject to availability and successful registration.

Participants wishing to avail themselves of the on-campus accommodation facility are requested to fill out the accommodation form below:

On-Campus Accommodation for Industry and Academic Authors/Attendee/Listener

Limited accommodation is available in the IIT Guwahati Guest House for Industry and Acedemic authors:

• 20 rooms for double occupancy
• 20 rooms for single occupancy
• The accommodation charge for single room is ₹1500 + GST per day and double occupancy is ₹1700 + GST per day, excluding food.
• Participants are required to pay the accommodation charges themselves at the time of check-in.
• Food charges will be applicable separately as per the prevailing rates of the respective Guest House.
• The registration form will close once the available 40 rooms (20 single and 20 double) are occupied. Accommodation will be confirmed subject to availability and successful registration.
