Plenary Speakers and Invited Speakers will be offered accommodation in the institute Guest Houses and Student's Hostels (with attached bathroom).

All other participants will be offered accommodation in the Students Hostel rooms (with shared bathroom). We will arrange bedding materials (mattress, pillow, bedsheet, blankets etc.) for the hostel rooms.

Campus accommodation (Guest House or Hostel) is available only from the evening of 21^st December 2023 to the morning of 25^th December 2023.

Check in Time: On or after 2 PM on 21^st December 2023.

Check Out Time: On or before 12 Noon on 25^th December 2023.

However, one may also choose to arrange their own accommodation in hotels of Guwahati City.
