(1) The registration fee does not include the accommodation charges, and accommodation for the conference is provided on paid basis.

(2) The Institute guest house is available ONLY for faculty members.

(3) Student/Research scholar accommodation will be arranged in institute hostels.

(4) Accommodation Tariff: Guest House (standard room) - INR 900/day + 18% GST for single occupancy and INR 1100/day 18% GST for double occupancy.

(5) Accommodation Tariff: Hostel: INR 300 per day per person (including GST and basic amenities).

(6) Accommodation will be provided from 02-06 October 2024.
