(1) The registration fee does not include the accommodation charges, and accommodation for the conference is provided on paid basis.

(2) The Institute guest house is available ONLY for faculty members.

(3) Student/Research scholar accommodation will be arranged in institute hostels.

(4) Accommodation Tariff: Guest House (double occupancy): INR 1100/day + 18% GST.

(5) Accommodation Tariff: Hostel: INR 300 (inclusive of GST) per day per person.

(6) Accommodation will be provided from 02-06 October 2024.
