(1) The Institute guest house is available for participant other than student.
(2) Student accommodation will be arranged in institute hostels.
(3) Accommodation Tariff: Guest House (standard room) - INR 900/day + 18% GST for single occupancy and INR 1100/day 18% GST for double occupancy.
(4) Accommodation Tariff: Hostel: INR 300 per day per person (including GST and basic amenities).
(5) Accommodation will be provided only from 02-06 November 2023.
Accommodation for the participant will be arranged in the IIT Guwahati campus. However, limited rooms are available and it will be provided based on the first-come-first-serve basis.
