ICPHD 2023 will be held at the Conference Center, IIT Guwahati Campus. Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati is located just on the outskirts of the city of Guwahati and is well connected to other parts of the country by road, rail or air.

There are direct air services from/to Mumbai, New Delhi and Kolkata with connectivity to all major cities in the country and direct train services from/to all the metropolis and other major cities. Air India, IndiGo, SpiceJet and GoAir operate regular flights to and from Guwahati.
