Q. What is the last date for registration and abstract submission?

A. 10th March 2016.

 

Q. Where to submit my abstract?

A.  Send it to rciitg2016@gmail.com.

 

Q. What is the size of the poster?

A. The size of your poster should be 4x3 feet.

 

Q. Where to download the template for posters?

A. http://www.iitg.ernet.in/rc2016/registration.html

 

Q. Is there any registration fees?

A. Yes!, Rs.100/- for each model/poster presentation.

 

Q. How many participants are allowed for registration of each model/poster?

A. Maximum three participants are allowed for each registration. In case of more than three participants/authors for the same presentation,

     another registration is required.

 

Eg: Suppose for one model / poster there are 4 authors then you have to pay Rs 100 for 3 participants and another registration fee for remaining participant i.e. 4 participants = (3+1)= Rs 100 + Rs  100.

 

Q. Will accommodation be provided to participants?

A. Yes. Accommodation and bed rolls will be provided. Students will be accommodated in Lohit (for boys) and Dhansiri (for girls) hostels (boarding and Lodging will be provided). For more information regarding accommodation please contact Mr. Sudheer (+91 8486367769) and

Q. Where do i pay registration fees ?

A. On the registration desk during Research conclave '16.

 

Q. Will individual certificate be provided to each member of a group?

A. Yes.

 

Q. When would I present my model / poster?

A. Final schedule for your presentation will be intimated through a mail by 15th March 2016.
