Poster Competition Guidelines

• The posters and models will be visited by students, judges, and delegates.

• Best posters & models/demonstration will be awarded by Springer.

Guidelines

General guidelines

The registration fee is ₹ 150/- per person.

There can be a maximum of 3 members in a group.

Accommodation will be provided on First Come First Serve basis.

Judging will be based on:

Research Problem
Execution with problem
Effective outcomes
Last date for abstract submission is 8th March 12 Noon.

Notification of acceptance : Will be sent by mail.

Poster guidelines

The size of your poster should be 4 (height) X 3 (width) feet.

Abstract submission guidelines

The maximum allowed size is 1 page, inclusive of references, tables and figures. The text should be formatted in A4 format (210 mm x 297 mm), with single spacing, font “Arial”, size “10” and page margins of “15 mm” on the left and right sides. Download Template

2. Online Transfer

SBI provides online fund transfer facility for transactions within India and for several other countries across the globe. participant can pay the registration fees through internet banking if their bank allows the transaction.
