About the Fellowship

The SPACE 2025 Fellowship is designed for students with a strong interest in security, privacy, and applied cryptography. The fellowship provides financial support to facilitate student participation in the conference, covering complimentary registration, travel support, and accommodation.

Phase 1: Application Process

  • Applications must be submitted via the Google Form.
  • Application Deadline: November 10, 2025.
  • Shortlisting Notification (1st Round): November 15, 2025 November 20, 2025.
  • Shortlisting Notification (2nd Round):November 20, 2025 November 25, 2025.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Phase 2: Shortlisted Candidates – Registration

  • Selected applicants must confirm their participation by submitting a soft copy of the Demand Draft (DD) of ₹ 5,000 + applicable GST. (Details of the DD will be shared with shortlisted candidates).
  • Failure to submit the DD within the specified time will result in forfeiture of the fellowship.
  • DD will be returned only if the participant attends all sessions and meets all fellowship requirements.

Important Notes for Authors

  • Every accepted paper must have at least one registered author, regardless of fellowship status. Fellowship support does not replace the requirement for author registration.

Fellowship Rules

  • Mandatory Attendance: Attending all sessions of the main conference from December 16 - 19, 2025 is mandatory. Failure to attend any of the session (December 16-19) may result in revocation of the fellowship.
  • Attending Local sightseeing event scheduled on December 20, 2025 is optional.
  • Eligibility: The fellowship is intended exclusively for students.
  • Application Deadline: All applications must be submitted before the stated deadline.
  • Accomodation will be provided at the hostels in IITG.

Apply for Fellowship

Travel assistance for students will be provided as per the predefined slabs as outlined in the Table below. Reimbursements will be made on the basis of actual expenses or the slab amount, whichever is lower. Relevant tickets must be submitted.
