Abstract & Poster Submission
Participants intending to present their work at FICS 2026 are required to submit an abstract for invited talks, oral, and poster presentation. All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
The abstract should clearly describe the objectives, methodology, key results, and significance of the research work. Submissions must adhere strictly to the prescribed format.
Authors are required to upload their abstract while filling out the registration form (see Registration details).
Abstract Guidelines
- Speakers and poster presenters are requested to use the template (attached below) for the preparation of the abstract
- Single-spaced in A4 sized paper (21 cm x 29.7 cm) with 1.1 inch margins on all sides of the page. The font should be Times new Roman.
- Title: Font size 14 pt, Bold, single space,centered.
- Author Name(s):Use 12-pt font, single-spaced, and center-aligned. The presenting author’s name should be underlined. Mark the corresponding author with an asterisk (*) and include the corresponding author’s email address.
- Affiliation: Font size 10 pt, italic, single space, centered.
- Abstract Body: 11 pt, single space, justified.
- TOC Graphic: You may put a Table of Content (TOC) figure that summerizes your work.
- References: Font 10 pt, standard format.
- Authors are requested to ensure that the complete abstract does not exceed one page in length.

A limited number of poster abstracts will be considered for short oral presentations (8 + 2 minutes). Corresponding authors of the selected abstracts will be informed via email. The presentation schedule will be published on the program schedule page in due course. Abstracts selected for oral presentation will not be eligible for poster presentation.
Poster Guidelines
- The poster should be prepared and printed in a 'Portrait Format' with the following dimensions [Height: 48 inch (121.92 cm) and Width: 36 inch (91.44 cm)] keeping around 1 inch margins/borders on each side of the poster.
- As a general guideline, please make the poster self-explanatory, even in the absence of the author. It is suggested to divide the contents of each poster mainly into introduction, results and conclusions/summary. The poster should be legible from a distance of 2-3 meters. Therefore, please maintain a legible font and size. Please use colors, symbols and schemes for clarity.
- The posters will be numbered according to the list of posters in the abstract book and poster number will be mounted by the organizers on top of the poster board.
- The author's name and address and the title of the poster should be indicated on the top section of the poster.
