REGULAR / SHORT PAPERS

Submissions are invited for regular/short papers. Paper submitted to the conference will undergo a double blind review. All selected papers will be submitted for publication in IEEE Xplore (Conference record #49340).

Your submission should not include information that serves to identify authors of the manuscript, such as name(s) or affiliation(s) of the author(s), anywhere in the manuscript. References and bibliographic citations to the author(s) own published works or affiliations should be made in the third person.

The top three best papers will be awarded prize money of 25 K, 15 K and 10K respectively.

Please note that both regular and short papers will have equal weight during consideration for acceptance as well as award selection.

PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

The papers should be in double-columned IEEE format. Papers must be submitted in PDF (Portable Document Format) only. Page length of regular and short papers should be no more than 10 pages and 6 pages respectively (including the abstract, figures, tables, and references).
