The conference will be held for three days. The inauguration will be held on day one, which further will be followed by technical sessions. Day two will have technical sessions. followed by a Panel discussion on “problem faced and success story”. Day three will start with field visit to some erosion affected areas on the way to Kaziranga, where the Panel Discussion on “flood, erosion management and impacts on socioeconomic aspects” will be conducted. The technical session will be focused on five themes, the first two themes will be covered on day one, and the rest on day two. There will be keynote sessions in the conference, and each technical session will have one invited lecture.
