Accommodation

Limited accommodation in the IITG Guest House is available on first cum first serve basis for the faculty members on twin sharing basis. The cost of campus accommodation is about Rs 650 per night which needs to be paid at the time of checkout. Student participants and post-doctoral fellows can opt for staying in the IITG hostels with shared washrooms free of cost. Please indicate your accommodation choice in the registration form.

Other participants will be staying in various hotels in the city at their own cost.

We have negotiated special rate with the following hotel. Number of rooms in the hotel is limited and rooms are not guaranteed until they are reserved. Assam receives considerable number of tourists in the month of December and most of the hotels are booked quite in advance. Therefore, please reserve your hotel as early as possibly. We will be listing few additional hotels shortly.
