List of students accommodating in IITG hostels. (updated on 20.02.2023)"Student participants can check their names in the attached list. Only a student with their name on this list will get accommodation in the designated IITG hostel for NCC-2023, and he/she can directly report to the allotted hostel after arrival to the IITG Campus. If your reporting time at IITG hostels is beyond the working hours (09:00 AM to 06:00 PM) then inform us in advance by writing us at Grp_ncc2023_accommodation@iitg.ac.in "
Request for on-campus accomodation have been received and are being addressed. We regret that no further requests may be received as the available rooms appear to be depleted based on the number of requests received. Confirmation emails regarding on-campus accomodation will be sent during the first week of February 2023.
On-Campus Accommodation
- Excellent guest house and hostel facilities are available inside the IIT Guwahati campus which can be availed by the participants.
- Limited number of Guest House rooms will be available on a double-sharing, chargeable and first-come-first-served basis.
- Accommodation for the student participants will be available only in IITG hostels. Student hostel rooms will be single/double occupancy rooms, chargeable, and available on a first-come-first-served basis.
To avail On-Campus accommodation facility (first-come-first-served basis), please fill up the accommodation form using the following link on or before 23rd January 2023.
Off-Campus Accommodation
If participants wish to stay outside the campus, following list of hotels may be useful for hotel booking.
