Final Paper Submission
Instructions for preparing final manuscript
Please keep the following in mind while preparing your final manuscripts:

The manuscript should not exceed SIX double-column pages, with single line spacing, main text font size no smaller than 10 points, and 18 mm margins).
- The document must not contain any bookmarks, links (URLs), form fields, PDF annotation. The pdf file should not be a scanned image, encrypted file, or print-only file.
- It should have no content written in the margins. In particular, do not include headers, footers, or page numbers.
- All fonts should be embedded in the PDF file itself.
- Names and affiliations of all the authors should be included now mandatorily.
- All papers must be submitted on the EDAS portal.
- The deadline for submission of the final camera-ready manuscript is January 12, 2023, 23:59 IST. This is the final, hard deadline; there will be NO extensions.
- Authors are encouraged to use LaTeX to format their manuscripts. The style file for preparing the final manuscript is available at the following link: IEEE conference templates
Instructions for uploading the final manuscript
- Please also make sure that the abstract stored in EDAS coincides with the abstract of the final manuscript, as this information will be used to produce the abstract and product booklet.
- At least one author must register in full by paying the registration fee before the registration deadline of January 1, 2023. If this is not adhered to, the paper will be moved out of the program and will not form part of the proceedings.
- The Camera Ready Manuscript must be made IEEE Xplore Compatible by running it through PDF eXpress. Please follow these steps:
- Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress website on or after December 12, 2022. If you already have a user account, use your registered email id and password. Otherwise, you will need to create a new account.
- Use the Conference ID: 56989X
- Upload the source file for Conversion, and/or PDF for Checking.
- Use the IEEE PDF eXpress web site to generate an IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF. The site contains instructions, resources, helpful hints, and access to technical support.
- Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress website on or after December 12, 2022. If you already have a user account, use your registered email id and password. Otherwise, you will need to create a new account.
- After getting an IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF, log in to your EDAS account, and go to the page that lists your paper.
- The next job is to fill the copyright form. Go to the section entitled "Copyright form" and click on the icon. Then click on "IEEE copyright submission" button. This will take you to the IEEE copyright website. Follow the procedure listed there to fill the form.
- Once this is done, you can go ahead and upload your final manuscript via EDAS, after logging into your EDAS account. In your EDAS home page, click on "My papers" and then click on the paper that you have submitted to NCC 2023. This will open on a new page, which will include a link to submit your final (IEEE pdf eXpress approved) manuscript.
- In addition to the above, for your paper to be included in the NCC 2023 proceedings and published in IEEE Xplore, it must be presented at the National Conference on Communications 2023. A paper with no presenter may be removed from the conference proceedings.
