Presenter Instructions
Presenters are requested to follow due adherence to the following guidelines for Oral/Poster Presentations at NCC 2023.
- The duration of a presentation is 20 minutes only, of which 15 minutes may be used for the presentation itself and the remaining may be used to answer questions from the audience. (For invited papers the duration of presentation is 20 minutes and 10 minutes for interaction).
- Each of the oral presentation halls is equipped with an LCD projector and a desktop /laptop with the presentation files preloaded.
- The information about the papers to be presented in a session will be displayed on the notice board outside the hall.
